

Qualifications Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related field of study plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or ten (10) years of experience as a Cyber Response Analyst, Network Engineer, Internet and Mobile Infrastructure Designer, Programmer, or a Communications/Computer Network Security related occupation. May work remotely pursuant to First Citizens' Remote Work Guidelines policy. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop security awareness and protect Bank assets. Manage the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Lead change management, resource planning, and other activities with significant impact on existing security framework. Provide leadership and expert consultation on security operations matters to enterprise-wide initiatives or committees.

Anticipate and lead the response to cyber threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities, and effectively develop and communicate appropriate information to technical, management, and executive audiences. Foster understanding of industry practices, technology, and evolving threats in order to enhance defenses for the Bank's information systems and resources. Oversee mitigation of cyber threats, security risks, and unauthorized access.

Develop strategies to improve security architecture and operational service across the organization. Manage associates, technology, and processes that ensure the technological and digital security of the Bank.
